Is it wrong to have your short bar mounted above center line of pinion? If not how high above is bad or how low below center is bad,or does it depend on how much rake you have?I understand that if your below it tightens it up,but what if you only had like 2 inches of rake. my car is always tight on the gas in the middle of turn.I run a 4 link clamped up in front with rr on top solid but the bars are floated.4bar as well.

No it doesnt matter whether its aove or below. Typical starting point would be pinion level with 3" rake to the frame and adjust from there. Locating it relative to the pinion is just for reference, the height and angle is what will affect the car.
