Both clamped behind?

Man that thing would be tighter than flea on a hound dog going in, and looser than snot on a door knob in.

Serously thou, soon as you let up, it would tighten up so much it would probaly resemble an old John Deere tractor.

Clamp the LR in front, and RR behind, heard of alot of folks running that.

He said RR in front?
I have heard of guys running both behind but not having the LR clamped.I guess it pulls great wheelies.

We run a 4 bar lr floated behind the rear end and a 3 link rr clamped with spring in front on swing arm. Car is fast and very driveable.

hummm.... LR clamped in rear and RR clamped in front...... I would think the car would be very loose all over. Clamping the LR behind would unload the spring on accel. and load it on decel. The RR clamped in front would load the RR on accel and unload on decel. Therefore it would be pretty loose and probably a handful to drive.

I run a 4-link LR and 3-link RR. I have the LR spring on the birdcage behind the housing. The RR spring is on the birdcage behind also but the RR cage is clamped to the housing. That type suspension has really good forward bite.

Now if you took my suspension and clamped the LR in FRONT of the housing I would think it would be so tight on the gas you probably couldn't hold it in a 40 acre field. The way mine is now it carries the LF and is pretty tight on the gas.
