First thing that comes to mind is shock control. Although I've been told if the rear mounts are too much higher than the fronts, it'll make the rear hop. How much, I don't know. My $.02

Wheel hop on exit from my expierence, is caused by excessive anti squat created by the suspension.

As well, it can be caused by to low air pressure in the tires, waffling the tires, drag racers call it shake. It would be rare i think for a dirt car to shake the tires thou i would think.

Whats your pull bar angle?

I agree with Kromulous- my car will hop when the pull-bar angle is too severe for the track conditions. I usually get this condition when the track is heavier (during a heat race), and we have too much angle in the pull-bar.

By pull bar are you refering to the bar that goes from the top of thr rear end forward to a cage mount- or the 3rd link

Yes I believe he is, the pull bar is the bar that goes forward from the top of the rearend to the chassis mount.
