I suppose it was more than just condensation, right?? If so, check the intake gasket. Maybe it was leaking water into the cylinder. If you can't find anything visualy, I would have the heads pressure checked and magnafluxed. If that checks out ok......uhhh LOL!! Maybe the block???

INTAKE GASKET? HOW'S IT GONNA JUMP FROM THE END OF THE CYL. HEAD TO INTAKE PORTS? WATER CAME OUT OF #3 ARE YOU SURE IT WAS WATER & NOT ALCOHOL? BE CAREFUL NOT TO HYD. THE MOTOR W/ STUFF IN CYL.'s. I WOULD PRESSURE TEST COOLING SYS. AFTER YOU FIRED IT UP AND GOT IT WARM. ARE THESE SAME ENGINE PIECES...BLOCK, HEAD'S etc...THAT YOU'VE RAN BEFORE OR ARE THEY NEW???I DON'T KNOW GOOD LUCK...,BRAD

I went through this with #4 piston. We had pin-holes in the cylinder walls. Had to have it sleeved, and no more problems. I couldn't visably see anything, but the holes got bigger when it was bored out for the sleeve.

It maybe a little late but you should have leaked the motor down first(at least #3)And also psi. checked it.Was the radiator low???
You should have done some diagnostics before you pulled the head.

no it really works. i wouldnt call it a last ditch repair.
u can buy it at napa, carquest any good automotive store.
we had a hairline crack in cylinder 3 and put this stuff in and wow it sealed right up, up until the valve broke on a dfferent cylinder and all he** broke loose. i am a firm believer in this stuff.

Moroso Ceramic Seal works really good as well. Had a leak in 2 valve seats and it sealed them up pretty good. 6 races with no problems.
