Does anyone run a 19" l/s pinion mount panhard? What type of angle and how does it feel?

I'm not sure you could mount a 19" long panhard bar off the left side of your pinion. Seems there would be a problem in locating a suitable location to mount the other end onto the rear end of a 60 inch floater that also has birdcages and brake brackets to deal with while keeping the rear centered between the frame rails but I'm not sure.

What chassis are you running? I have some ideas for you but I would like to know.

Well the back half is mine i built most of it. Lr short 4 bar 10" and 12" spring on top shock on cage. RR is a long 30" wishbone spring on top shock on cage. With a 28" pullbar 1" in front of rear 6" off top with 15 deg angle.

30" wishbone? wow thats long, how does it work? alot of bite?

Short 4 link, thats gotta be fast getting on the bars, how does the car work with this set up so far?

19" panhard bar i've heard of some mounting the end outside the frame. Aka turning the mount around so it sticks outside the frame and mounting it that way. You try that yet?

Just had a thought could you mount a 19" J-bar with the curve on the frame side. What would that do if any thing? Any thoughts?

I like the wishbone on the rr pretty easy to set up...yes it will get up on the bars pretty quick...i had to do a few things to keep it from being to radical..shocks,limiter,indexing. The car worked sweet when i had the short 8" panhard...loved it smooth and easy to drive(unless the track was rough) This year i started with the stupid j-bar and it was ok but not like it felt like i was fighting the car ..or it was fighting me. After this weekend i am done with the j-bar...unless really rough. I was able to get a 19" l/s mount right next to the 4 bar bracket...soo ill give it a try.
