From what I understand a z/z setup would eliminate all rear steer. So I would imagine maybe goin to a 4/z setup would help out by giving you some movement in the rear. Just my thinking, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Double swing armed / Z-Link is getting popular around here as well.

0 rear steer is not really a problem, but your car will become stagger dependent if you run something with 0 rear steer.

How much stagger you running?

Also, your push in the middle may be a result of a tight in condition. You guys tried to loosen it up a tad going in yet? Maybe alittle more LR bite?

Adding more stagger, with the same LR bite, or more LR bite and same stagger, and or moving the J-bar up on the frame side would be the three things i would look at.

More stagger or raise panhard to start. That will loosen the middle but not have too much effect elsewhere.

If your a true half second ahead I wouldn't change much. Around here there is less than a half second difference between 1st and 20th on a high banked 3/8s.

Most zlinks do generate some rearsteer. However, it is very minimal....less than 1" or so.

Going to a 4bar zlink will probably make you tighter once the thing gets up on the 4bar from the middle on out when the LR starts to roll under the chassis.

Heres what I'd consider not knowing a lot of the details like what holes your bars are in etc.:

-Raise your Left&Right rear bottom bars up a hole. make more rollsteer. Help free the car up.

-You might try and raise the panhard bar on both ends to raise the roll center. This will decrease sidebite and take body roll out of it.

-Increase your leftside weight.
