Can someone tell me the optimum tire temp on an American Racer (IMCA spec) tire?

Does anyone know how I can contact American Racer? They would have to have spec on temp.

do you mean 210? I dont know how you could keep them at 110 or mid 90's. Some nights we race its 90* plus air temp. We cant keep them that cool sitting in the pits. so there is no way we can keep the tires that cool after being on the track for 20 laps.

We try to keep them under 200. Most normal nights we race the fronts are 120-130 and rears are 170-200. One night we went 25 laps green to checker and we had rears to 250 and car was great. The problem comes when you let them cool down and they harden and glaze over.

Thanks for the info dbradley,

I called them and he said they don't have a chart for temps but he said around 200 degrees is probably where we want to be. He said you get over 220-230 you start to lose performance. I also told him we only got 105 degrees out of a tire and he said we would need more heat in that tire for its optimum performance. Thanks for all your help on this fellas.
