Thinking about buying a leaf car. Does anyone have any recommendations on which chassis would work best on a super slick track? How bout them FR-1's? Thanks!

If I had to get a leaf car that would be my choice.

FR-1's are good cars. Real good on the dry.

That would be a good investment: FR-1
They work great on dry slick.

I have a new FR1 and the workmanship and the feedback and support you will get from Randy is 2nd to none. Haven't got to run it yet as we live in the great north wet. Feb was dry and Mar. and Apr. all wet.

I have a 2004 Racemart FR-1 that is for sale. It is the chevelle stub and I had Randy put all of the options on my car. Could be run mono/mono, mono/stack, 2 link, half leaf, etc. I have a new car and need to sell this baby so if you or someone you know is looking for a good deal on a newer leaf car let me know.

Info and pictures are also on the website

PRO chassis in Minnesota. Their leaf cars have already won several features this year out west.

Buzzard is a good choice. Small operation but a lot of winners and fast cars. Try this link:
and look under Buzzard Race Cars.

Thanks for the input, much appreciated. Are those about the best ones to go with as far as "name brand"?

The FR1 and the RC cars seem to be the best around here. The main difference i see is that the RC cars work better under UMP and NASCAR, while the FR1 is an excellent IMCA choice. Have heard some talk about Buzzards also.
