i installed my bert tranny this weekend and bled the mc down. i dont have any air in it but the pedal doesnt act like a typical brake pedal. theres a long stroke before it bottoms , then it stops, i have not moved the car yet with the trans but was wondering if this pedal is normal or not, feedback woudl be appreciated.

It will be fine... Just fire it up and drive it once or twice in Low and Reverse, the pedal will start to get stronger. If it does not move then you still have some air somewhere.
Good Luck

I had a similar problem. I wasn't getting enough travel at the pedal to start with, to get all the air out of the master cylinder. I had to just get the Master Cylinder rod started in the pedal, so the clutch pedal stuck out about 5" more towards the seat than the brake pedal. I then blead it like normal and it only took about 2 tries before it was solid, then I adjusted the pedal back to normal. I can't tell a real difference in fealing from the brakes and the clutch. It locks up almost immediately. Only difference is mine is on a Brinn. Just something that could be checked really quick.
