Has anyone tried using the bathroom scales to scale out their car? I've got, i mean the wife has (we won't tell her lol) a set of bathroom scales. I know the formula to use and how to scale using them. I don't know what length of board i should use for the platform though. If anyone has tried this, how accurate was it? I might give it a try. If i can get the 4 corner weights i can use the program in the toolbox to see what the percentages are and go from there.

There was a set of plans in the toolbox section for building the bathroom scales. Check in there again to see if the're still there. If not, PM me. I have the file saved.

Built a set from the Tool Box plans. They work great. Buy a good quality scale.

built a set from the tool box also. They work fine. Still have them although I dont use them currently I have some of the speedway motors scales, got s super deal on them from a racer getting out.

If anyone is interested in the bathroom type let me know I will let them go cheaply, I dont need them any longer, and they are good shape.
