I help a guy that races in Wisconsin and he just bought a Midwest Mod. Its like a B-Mod, we run a automatic tranny and a smaller motor. He has been racing street stock for many years and i have set up his car for him. Now with this new car i am in a whole differnt ball game. It is a couple year old cobra chassis with a 4-bar in it right now, we have the option of running a Z-bar. Any kind of help will do me good for setting this thing up. Thanks!!

i run a mid mod up north too, a lot of guys have been running the z or zbar/4bar combo, lately guys have been trying the 4-bar and really liking it, so i would leave it, did it work good for the old owner? what size springs are in it? what kind or panhard bar? what king or lift bar or pull bar doas it have?

Good to see you made it here. This is a great place for help and info. Last year was my first year racing anything. I used this board a lot and got a lot of great info. By seasons end I had won three heat races in a row and consistant top five or ten in the features in my MW-Mod at Deer Creek, Kopellah and a couple of nice runs at Jim Falls.

Again, good luck.

i would make it a 3 link alot easier to not adjust yourself out for a starter. the hp you guys put out you don't realy need all the latest hifi suspention tricks to run good. i'd run the 3 link for at least a year to get the seat time and suspention tuning figured out
