is a driveline out of a 1994 cherokee strong enough to use in my mod??? anyway to figure out the wall thickness??

Cut it and measure with calipers or a micrometer or use a digital ultrasonic thickness meter such as a panametrics 36 DL Plus.

You said a dirty word!!!! (Chrysler products) J/K Does the 94' use the aluminum driveshaft? I used to work for Chrysler and I know that the newer model Dakotas use an aluminum driveshaft. I looked at putting one of those in my mod and I didn't see any reason why it wouldn't hold, it was pretty think and awfully light. Might want to check into that depending on your rules.

thanks for the heads up,, but it's not an aluminum one....
