I RUN A 3000# STREET STOCK AND THE TRACK I PLAN TO RUN THIS SEASON JUST OUTLAWED THE REAR SUSPENSION I PUT UNDER THE CAR....I HAD A 4 LINK ON BIRDCAGES BUT NOW I HAVE TO PULL ALL THAT OFF AND GO TO A MONO LEAF SET UP......AND I HAVE 2 WEEKS UNTIL THE SEASON STARTS!

I HAVE TO RUN THE STOCK MOUNT FOR THE LEAF IN FRONT OF THE REAR END BUT I CAN CHANGE TO AN AFTER MARKET MOUNT BEHIND THE REAR END....I AM RUNNING ELIMINATORS ON AN AFCO FLOATER REAR END.....

I KNOW THE MODIFIEDS USE TO RUN THIS SET UP BUT I DONT REALLY HAVE A CLUE AS FAR AS WHAT WEIGHT SPRINGS TO BUY.....I ONCE SAW A MOD THAT HAD A MULTILEAF SET UP AND THE BACK OF THE SPRINGS MOVED AROUND AS HE THROTTLED THE CAR...IT WAS A REAL UGLY CAR BUT HE WAS FAST......

I CAN RUN A MULTI LEAF OR MONO LEAF WHICH WHOULD I RUN AND ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.....THANKS

For that heavy of a car I would suggest Crysler multi-leafs,225 left and 200 rt with sliders on the rear mount.Mount the front spring eye flush with the bottom of the frame
and the rear 10-12" higher.Use 1 1/2" adj. lowering blocks on each side. You can use a clamp on mount on the left and a floater mount on the right. The floater mount can be locked on a tackey track and floated on a dry track.I think Randy's RaceMart sells the mounts you need.

From the design of it,I don't see any reason that it shouldn't.You may call them to be on the safe side or run a coil-mono on the right,if rules will allow it.

I CAN RUN A LEAF AND COIL COMBINATION IF I WANT TO OR A MULTI LEAF SET UP...EITHER IS LEGAL...

CAN YOU RUN BOTH ON THE CAR AT SAME TIME?....LIKE MONO LEAF ON RR AND MULTI ON THE LEFT?......OR IS IT BETTER TO STAY WITH ONE SET UP ACROSS?

The multi-left and coil-mono rt works the best.
