Have any of you squared your front end to the frame. Local shop wants to do that to our car but I cant really see that it will help that much. He said he can ream the lower a frame holes out to where they are square and then weld plates over the slots to hold that position? I know some creative stock car guys that have done this to get more caster/camber but on the mod where you can adjust your upper links is it really going to make a difference, he said it was like 3/8" or so the RF needed to move back. By the time you put caster in the RF it will prob move back that much anyway. Plus I'm not sure that would really be IMCA legal either since you are moving the lower suspension points on the stub.

Pierce, i hear, leads there clips by 3/4" RF, probaly to gain wheelbase back from running alot of caster i would imagine.

Sounds like alot of trouble and money for 3/8".
