Why do the imca mod guys race for 400-350 to win. STAND UP for your self, the lowest paying track I usually run is 500 or 600 to win. And the most is 1000 or 800 to win weekly.
Promoters are usually making money hand over fist, about time they stepped up and gave some back to the little guys. Yeah I know it is not about the money at this level but sure is nice to make a few bucks at the end of the night, and for the season overall the car at least pay for itself.

Here in Alabama we run IMCA's rules but not sanctioned and the lowest pay around here is $500 some are $700 or $800. Also at the track I race mainly at we run for $1000 once a month and every year in September we run for $5000. So we have pretty good pay around here.

I thought this site was "Modified Tech" talk.
If you want to wear this money thing out some more go over to the 4M site.

your right, i make money and blow it on dumb things, or cool tools, or stuff for my car, or other junk.
but i am saying if some tracks are making money and paying 600 to win, then you can not tell me the ones paying 400 cannot aford to step up to the plate and pay the guys that line thier pockets.
