My lucky break?????

The only breaks I get are when the engine breaks or the transmission breaks or a ball joint breaks.

Thats about it. I would like to get a LUCKY break someday, whats it like????
LOL!!!

Having family members sacrifice time and money to help me out. I consider that a lucky break.

Knowing somebody in it that worked with me to get me set up and running and shares info with me.

Of course for worst break, the last race of the season in '03 I got rammed off the track twice in my b feature, busted the motor mounts, and then had a deer run across the road right smack into the side of the race car on the haull home!

my big break was having a car get airborn in front of me after passing me in oshkosh this summer and going under him at 70 mph, he tore my roof off and bent my halo but i kept going and also got to keep my head, thats as lucky as it gets. thanks hp

i think our lucky break is having friends who help u out. good friend is helping us out on the motor program, which takes a big burden off of our shoulders.

mine would be getting a trade and it turns out to be the worst looking chassis cut hack all over the back end but it rocks and letting a friend drive he gets a late model ride for bill davis theres more to it than that but in a nut shell its all good to me

Dunno about in racing, but in life I got a big break. My wife has been around racing for most of her life,Me and her raced at the same track when we were 16,no we are 22 and been married since june of 2004,and been together for about 4 years. She knows how much time it takes up and she works overtime at her job to help with the car.Thats prolly my biggest break in racing and life.

And she will get out there and help alot of times,She pretty fast at changing flats at the track!!She hardly ever complains about the time and money it takes for racing,And now Im putting together a car for her,and she has been outhere most every day helping me work on hers, asking questions!

It makes it very easy when your family is onto racing as much as you are.

I'll throw out a thought. Being born into a racing family was a good break, my father started in the mid 50's and raced super mods and sprint cars. (Bad break) he was forced into early retirement due to back injuries and I never got to see him race. Born 1964 he retired in 1965.

Good break, my brother started racing in 1980 his son started in 1998. Another nephew started in 2000.(my sisters boy)

I am going into my second season at age 40 thanks in large to my father and brother. (A HUGE BREAK)!!!

Being separated from marriage and a father of three, another huge break is that my children are race nuts and sure to follow in family footsteps.

Finally, with four drivers in the family and five cars, a minimum of 15 of our family members can be found at the race track every weekend and that is just plain good family fun. The luckiest break of all.
