does anyone know which shocks have the groove in them for the coilover kits??? I am on a tight budget and looking for an affordable shock ($100 ea is a little more than I was hoping to spend but it is about the same price as a decent eliminator when you add the coilover kit to the shock price)

Thanks,

Southwest speed makes a shock groover to put the groove in shocks that don't have them. This is from their site...PUTS A GROOVE FOR A
SNAP RING IN ANY TWIN-TUBE
NON-COILOVER SHOCK
(NOT EXCEEDING 2 1/8
OUTSIDE DIAMETER)
ALLOWING THEM TO
BE USED AS A
COILOVER SHOCK

I think it's about $60.00 Or you can run the blue afcos there about $80.00.

Or you can make a groover yourself by taking a old tubing cutter and replacing the cutter blade with a flat washer.I have seen this done for years. Works great
