what is imca's rule on your front and rear rotor minimum thickness?

Depends on whether the tech guy can read his tape measure or not.

like de94dcc said it depends on if he can read his tape, but the actual number they use is .810 i beleive... but we got thrown out at supernationals because our rotors didn't measure up with there tape measures... thats YMCA for ya

The rule says OEM dimensions so it depends on what OEm rotor you are using. The minimum width is usually cast into the rotor. If you got DQ'ed at the Supernationals it was probably because it was way under and the tape was just to confirm what they already knew. I always have a caliper if a racer wants to argue. Honestly, the ones that are OK usually look OK and the ones that are bad are really bad.

Funny that they were new rotors from the Dirtworks trailer, that I verified at .835 before we put them on the car... but there "tape" read wrong, if the rule states .810 then measure with a caliper, if it says 15/16 then use a caliper... only way to confirm... but like I said, YMCA
