what is the car doing...
a 100 pound split on your rear springs is a lot no matter where the are mounted

You have it clamped but the springs are on the arms?? Do you mean the springs are clamped to the axle with a bracket? Or are the springs on the trailing arm(swing arm)?

If they are clamped then they seem awful stiff. Id go to like a 225LR and 200 RR.

Agree with dirtbuster, that's high unless it's they are mounted way inboard or on swingarms. On top of the rr, I would go with a 200 and reduce the spring split to within no more than 50lbs.

We are currently running both sides clamped up with springs on sliders on the arms

that was his quote
that means he is running a 2 link with the springs on the arms (swingarm)
i'd go with a 275/250 combo to start

Thats what i was thinking but clamped up to me means the springs on clamp brackets, but i think he meant he has the birdcage locked up or clamped up. It just wasnt clear. With the RR on top i'd still stick with 200RR and 25 or 50# highter on the left, then go from there. If you carry a lot of rear% then you may need to go a little stiffer.

I am sorry guys. I do have the birdcages clamped. The springs are on sliders mounted to the arms. We run about 175lr wieght it is a short track helps the car turn on entry and get off like a rocket. I was just wanting to try the spring on top of the rr. GRT keeps telling me to leave it clamped but we have alot of guys around here running it floated. Just wondering what would work the best. I did not like the car when we had it set up swing arm on both sides. Or old car we had 4-bar lr and swing/arm rr. It worked realy good but I believe I like it better with both birdcages clamped. Car has all kinds of side bite with a 19" jbar. Just wanting to get alittle faster on really slick tracks. Not complaining with the car just looking for better things. any info is great info thanks for the relpy's.
