First of all, thanx for those with the input in my earlier post of "edjamacate a dumb pollack". Made trailing arm and j-bar adjustments this past weekend and improved the setup. Still rolled over the RR until we stuck in a spring rubber and added 3 more pounds of air to the RR. But, then the dilemma....broke the LR suspension, snatched drive shaft out, etc. Has anyone ever broke a "plug" while running on a rough tack? Ours had a hole/rut in turn 1 that was pretty severe. Had a late model break off a RR tire and flip onto it's roof. I didn't think I hit the hole, but my buddy said I was close. Turns 1&2 were pretty rough though. Just curious.

**** sounds like you were begining to get the car sorted out.

The plug on the LR broke and then it flung the driveshaft out?

I've seen alot of stuff get broken from rough tracks, i would think its possable.

it is possible if the plug is not strong enough. on rough tracks i ran plugs that were 2x4 steel tubing, about 3/16 or thicker, i would have to find it, anyways i bent them before. some plugs run over the frame at a right angle to help brace it, i think that this is a must on rough tracks.
