ANGLE YOUR RIGHT REAR UPPER BAR UP A LITTLE MORE, AND YOU CAN TRY LESS SPRING IN THE RIGHT FRONT.

You don't seem far off on your setup. The first thing I noticed was how stiff your front shocks are (even your rears). Think about running 74-73's on the front and running 94-93's on the rear. To help the car turn in, you can even try running easy up shocks on the left side and tie-downs on the right side. For example (using Bilstein numbers- rebound/compression) LF & LR 3050's and 5030 or 6030's on RF & RR. This will get the car over on the RF and RR and get it driving through the center. You can even go more drastic on the LR and run 1090 or 2080 to help keep the car from dropping so violently when you get off the gas on corner entry. I might even look at dropping the spring rate on the RR, depending if you have it on a swing arm or z-link. Don't be afraid to give this a try. Works great, especially on real smooth and slick tracks.

lower rr will tighten entry and loosen exit. stiffer lf will tighten entry and no effect on exit.
