anybody on the west coast out there that knows of a GRT dealer, and can put a new back clip on our mod frame? Its ok from the front of the cell forward. It really ***** that we got it while leading the race. This was the third race on it.

Its a great car.
Any help would be great..

since it is so far back it probally will not effect handling much, you may contact a local builder and they may be able to set you up, i am guessing its a swing arm style, as long as tehy put the rear mounts in the same spot roughly the car will handle the same.

I shoved the rear clip over a few inches on mine earlier this year. Sounds like your's bent just like mine. Its not too bad at all to reclip. Most of it behind the fuel cell is just structure and not real critical as far as suspension mounts go.

You might try and call GRT, they can build you a rear clip and ship it to you.

hey guys thanks for the help, called grt this morning and he told me to get in there with a porta power and some blocks of wood and start pushing it back and go a little bit past center ane it should pop right back in.

its a great car. thanks for the help again.
