Broke a slider on the LR 3-link mod this weekend. Where can I get a decent budget slider by the end of the week? What brand/model is everybody running? Needs to satisfy IMCA rules. The one in Speedway looks ok for 80$.

thanks

I've used these for a while now and have had no problems. Mine are the linear bearing type.

I use the ones that Harris makes and sells for their cars. Easy to rebuild if they get damaged or worn out.

WE USE A PRC ON THE LEFT REAR, AND IT'LL TAKE A 15 INCH SPRING IF NEEDED.IT'S A LINEAR BUSHING STYLE I THINK. THEY ARE AROUND A C-NOTE IF I REMEMBER RIGHT.

Gearte makes the sliders I have. You can get them from Dirtworks, Midwest Motorsports or maybe even direct from from Gearte. They have roller bearings in them and are rebuildable.

I use a Southwest Speed Slider, cheap, cleanable and greaseable

We bought a set of the outlaw sliders sold from Speedway this year, and they work well. Very good linear bearing, and a quick pin for easy adjustment. Only complaint is the shaft seems to rust at the top, like it isn't chromed well enuff. They cost a little more, (130-140$) but they have held up well.
