Has anyone tried this valve body on a Modified and have u had any problesm with the engine idle while in low gear , stopped?
This is the valve body that works in a direct drive setup without external valves and no clutch pedal is needed.
Thanks

If this is the same one I'm thinking about that bleeds pressure internally - that condition is cured by installing a larger bleed - which is merely a holley jet. Go bigger to make it stop grabbing at idle, go smaller if you've got to rev too much to get going.

I think TCI has documentation on-line about this...

Several people are running this set-up from Wayne Brooks to Jason Hughes and it seems to work pretty well. Good luck, and ................See ya at the track!!

Hey Nobra14! I have the same setup from TCI in a T-350 that I run in my older mod. It's a great economical setup and have not had any problems since installed. Clutch plates engage around 1400 in first and reverse, the lock into direct drive for 2nd and drive. TCI warned about radically changing the jets. You can call them and they will gladly help you with your installation. Good luck.
