I'm a newbie so i'll do my best to describe whats going on. What will cause the car to try to dart down towards the infield between turns 1 and 2. Everything feels just fine on entry and the crew says it looks fine there but then all of a sudden it feels like it just grabs like a *** and shoots me in towards the infield. On turns 3 and 4 everything is awesome and looks and feels great. 3 and 4 is a taller bank then 1 and 2. Its a 2 link car. We are thinking its a weight jack adjustment needing to be made but not sure exactly where. It may just be me needing more seat time also, so i'm not out ruling that. But last week was my first race and i was in 6th in the feature when this happened unexpectedly and i overcorrected and put it into the wall.

81 speedway correct? If so 1 and 2 is a little tricky, you have to pay attention to how you get into 1 because if you get in with too much angle it will do what you are talking about. You almost have to set the car twice when running the bottom. Watch some of the regular drivers and you can alot of times see them reset the car at the apex.

yes its 81. Were you there? I hit the wall pretty **** hard. I talked to 2 drivers since then and they said what you did about 1 and 2 being tricky but they themselves weren't sure either as to whats up with that turn. I've been tapeing my hot laps and the race i'll watch it again and pay more attention to that on the other cars.

Its tricky because, how narrow and straight the front stretch is then its a pretty sharp turn getting in then at the apex it straightens out to make the dogleg backstretch. You just gotta figure it out

I went out tonight for practice and not once had that problem. Ran pretty good, We had 1" rear steer in and took it back to 1/2". that seems to of taken care of it. We also lowered the J Bar one hole and that helped between the corners. We still have a heating problem were trying to figure out but other than that were getting close. Can't race this weekend, but will hit next wednesday nite practice and race the 24th. What's your # badfastjr? I'm the red, white & blue 29s.
