With a throttle push, take out some cross. You may be hesitant thinking it will hurt your bite on exit, but you need to cure the problem you're having in the middle before worrying about the exit. You may also want to consider raising the roll center in the rear by moving the panhard/J-bar up. You may also have too much rear percentage. Not sure the positions of your rear links, but you may want to look at increasing your rear steer. But, I'd start with decreasing your cross and go from there.
