okay Lr is setup with spring on slider and shock behind the rearend. RR is set up with spring on top of rear end and shock on swing arm.

If i was to change the arm angels without scaling what will happen? is this a good thing or bad?

If the slider on the left is mounted to the swingarm, the cross will increase (tighten the car) if you raise the bar and decrease if you lower it (loosen and less bite).

With the spring on top of the rear end on the left, no scale change should be noticed.

Not sure if its good or bad, depending on what you want. I currently have mine on top of the birdcages so I can change bar angles without affecting the scales and it gets great bite as 4/z bar car.
