Outstanding. Any chance of getting a 4 bar car filmed. I was amazed at how much the pull bar springs and cushions the rearend.

Very good job.

Very cool!

It is interesting how it appears that all of the weight is taken off of the left spring during acceleration even though the pinion is wrapped up.

Dirtracer14 --- Aren't you gonna share that theory!!

Is the rod for the pull bar bent from before you adjusted it and it was hitting the jbar, or is it the force of the car?

The left rear spring seems to be mounted solid in front of the rear end with a weight jack on the top. I can't tell if the shock runs in front of the rear end or behind. I agree with "i8uracing" about axle wrap on the left rear.

softer pull bar spring, or shorter bar in theory, works on some and not on others.

great shot. next time put the camera on the left side might provide better lighting. still pretty cool. I am impressed that the camera doesn't jump from the vibration.

My guess is: a little more free in and mid, able to use more pedal off, and humpin' at the end of the straight.

I don't notice any type of shock around the pullrod? Are you not running a 90/10? It seems to me that running a shock up there you might loose some of the movment? Also what type of chassis is this?

that is really neat.what kind of camera are you using?i have a catchit cam,but it isnt compatable with my old camera.ps change that swedged tube on that pullbar.i have seen them break from all the flex under braking. use the thicker threaded dom tubing.i know one guy that almost lost an arm and underwent over a year rehab from a pullbar tube coming thru the sheet metal.

You can actually hear the rpms go up with the loss of traction. And it looks as if the pull bar spring movement stops when the tires break loose. then the spring extends alittle. Very good way of diagnosing problems and so on. Thanks Jammin for the awsome footage. Josh K.
