More left rear bite will loosen car on entry.
For more side bite, i switched mine from j-bar to short bar.

to tighten going in you need more right rear spring or j bar angle or both. we went to 275 on the right. know of some cars up to 350 on the right. j bar is 16 inches from ground up on frame and 1 hole below center of pinion. we're new to swing arms this year too but small changes we've made show big change in the car so we're pleased so far

ok, to loosen entry you can decrese your lf spring rate this will only effect entry. and will free it up. or if you want to tighten entry then raise lf spring.
as far as tunning with your swing arm. adding downhill to back of the car angle in the rear bars will increase bite on that side. example if the car is tight on the gas, lower the rr one hole and this will free it up some.
