I run a 2/3link and don't have much experience with 4/Z link, but on my car if I put any more than 130 pounds of LR bite my car is loose and real handful.
Maybe try to get your cross weight down to 50% and LR bite to 100 Pounds or less.
I run 49% cross and 100 pounds LR bite.

On the Pierce cars z-link, 4-bar we run around 40-60lbs of left rear, also keep left side down to around 52% as higher left % will loosen the car thru the corners. E-mail me if you want more info as we also have a pierce car set up with lr behind, also have 2 more set up with different rear setups. Taking lr out should get rid of crossweight problems also. Front springs are heavy too!

lATEMODEL9W,

I know its not exactly the same but we have a dw9 4/z left spring clamped in front and right on top. We have been thinking about going stiffer on rear springs. Currently 200lr and 175 rr. Thinking about going to a pair of 200 or 225-200. What is your experience with this. Have heard some of the skyrocket cars runing the RR stiffer than left rear.

How much rear do you run with this setup.

We have been running 200's on the rear, I go to a 175 rr when we need a little more side bite thru the corners. I weigh 230 so I set the car with around 40-50 lbs lr. I also do this with the pull bar unhooked to set to that weight.Hope this helps. Haven't tried the rr heavy yet, but maybe I'll try it this weekend.

When scaling do you always remove the pull bar, and why?

yes we alwaysunhook pullbar as it puts preload in the car. With it hooked up on my car it makes 40-50- lbs heavier on the lr.. 200 on each side to start. 56%.

I run a four link LR and Z-link RR, and I've raised the upper link on the RR one hole and it created a tighter condition on entry.
