Were running a "Z" link this year and am wondering what different types of bars you are running in the rears and why? Also do you stay with the one or are you changing them for short longer and higher banked tracks.......

I've only ran a zlink with a jbar. I think you'll find with the shorty bar on the leftside that your car will get up on the bars quicker in the corners. Basically the rear suspension will react quicker. The long bars and jbars will keep the car more mild-mannered and stable in the corners.

We put z-link on our car this year from a 3-link last year and we are on a 10" shorty bar The car rolls over quicker and really gets a ton of bite from the middle out. We didn't really Know were to start with cross or left rear bite so we just guessed we started at 52% cross and 120 pounds left rear and it was about the best feeling car I've ever drove. It puuls the left front off the ground about 4-6 inches. Very driveable and pretty fast by the stopwatch only had it out for playday. Hope this helps.

if the track is heavy or rough run the long bar or j-bar. but if the track goes dry swap out the bar to the short bar.
