Hey board, want to get some input on what people are doing in the rear diff area on mustangs, is anyone using a traction lock diff or just welding the gears? also i know the 8.8 is heavier than the 7.5 but you can get a spool for it, any thoughts on pros or cons of the two? thanks

I'd rather have the LSD.

weld the gears, posi track is a very touchy depending on circumstances and who set the rear end up the posi may or may not lock, welded gears are the next best thing to a spool
