haha...Actually most anything Honda is pretty quick. On a larger track Escorts really kick too.

seems to be the Hondas/Acuras everywhere I've been in WI and IA. Ive seen some quick Escorts as well. I won track championship this year with a Ford Probe. Mine is the turbocharged version but the NA took third in points. 2nd was a toyota celica.

Honda! I run a 1992 Honda Prelude at Sumter Speedway( www.sumterspeedway.com ) and Florence Motor Speedway. Aint no car out there street stock that will run with a Honda except maybe a rotary Mazda. Is there anyone else out there that runs a Honda? If so, post on here. Id love to talk to you about your cars. I have never seen/heard of another Honda but ours.

I've got a 89 Acura Intergra and it seems to run pretty good. I had a Probe last year and the Acura runs circles around it.

Its all the driver preference. My probe (yes its turboed) and my buddies Probe N/A ran circles around acuras all year. Its all in the driver and setup.

the fastest front wheel drive car is a honda crx, prelude,or the old hatch back accords and i race a ford exp it is very fast as well but the hondas are able to handle more rpm . the prelude is better on the longer tracks more power than the crx but it is good on the shorter and the hatch back accord is good no matter what track

The Hondas are fast.
I run an '88 Escort GT.
It will run with any HONDA I have come across. My primary track doesn't allow foreign cars or 4 valve engines. The '93 and up Cavy's are quick with a good setup.
You guy's with Escort's need to be running the '88 to '90 HO engines with the roller cam. Don't plane more than .020 from the head as this alters cam timing, killing the bottom. I am all stock and in top mechanical condition and turn 7000 RPM's lap after lap.
We run a 1/2 mile, HIGH banked dirt oval. This is the DAYTONA of dirt tracks with the 4-cyl stock front drivers turning 85-90 MPH at the end of the straights. My Escort won 7 feature events this season and would have won the majority if not for a major crash and BAD luck.
