any big guys out there drive mini stock, I just bought one and man, maybe I should have looked a little closer. I tought I could just put my big seat in it and be fine but I am not sure I am gonna be able to get seat back far enough. The bar that is above driver side window is plenty high above my head but is only like two inches to the left of my head, but I guess thats why there is a window net to keep you inside there. I have always had bigger cars and was just wondering is this just the way most minis are, The seat is as far to the right as it will go right agaist the trans tunnel...

you should modify the cage,or seat location for more room,if you can't do the work yourself pay someone competent to do it,a head injury ain't any fun,it could put you out of racing, or even worse.I believe that the tracks SAFTEY INSPECTION should require the driver to be strapped in the car like they are getting ready to go on the track for a race.

If you are running a mustang, I nearly sit in the back seat. 6'3" 285. You can move the pedals back by making a spacer between firewall and pedal mount. Also bend clutch pedal over to the left about 2-4 inches. size 14 shoes. I used a cage outof another car so I placed it as high and far back as I could. Only problem is seat belts are a bit too long.
