There is definitely a lot of info in the 4M thread that tricknology posted.

Here is another forum that has a lot of info on 4-cyl fwd racing (Tricknology has posted a bunch on this board as well). http://www.spartanspeedway.com/cgi-bin/discus/discus.cgi The Spartan Speedway/Calhoun County Speedway message board has forums for "Getting Started In Pony Stocks" (their fwd class) and "Pony Stokcs". The "Getting Started In Pony Stocks" forum has a lot of info for new racers, or racers (like myself) new to fwd racing.

Tricknology: I looked and read a lot of info with in the sites you have posted and I been racing many years, there is way to much info for a new racer. It's a deterant for some racers, overwhelming. And most is not even needed, just spending more money than you need.
