ok genius' help me out.

almost everybody knows that the red/white wires on a ford module are for run and start

how does the module work?
how does it retard the timing 5 degrees?

i think it runs it through the resister...

kinda curious...and not real smart...needin' a lil help

It doesn't retard the timing at all, one wire works with out resistor when engine is cranking and voltage is low, and the other has resistor for when the car is running.
