Rookieracer76,

I race a 1985 S-10 on a 1/3 semi-banked and it does pretty well. Where are you located?

I race a mid-eighties s-10 on a 1/4 mi dirt track here in middle tn, it handles pretty good, but not as good as the mustangs I race with, I beat them all down the straights but they pull even in the corners. by the way this truck is for sale race ready 181 cu in gm motor 3-speed saginaw 9-inch rear end with extra body parts and engine tires and wheels too I;m getting out of dirt racing and back into drags 1700 bucks takes it home!!!!

my little bro ran an s10 a few years back, with a bone stock 4.3, even killed a bunch of gear to keep the whiners limited, and he flat out whooped their butts, the truck just looked so much more smooth than those pintos and mustangs.

Im glad to see the younger people show interest in our sport...no our Passion it tells me that Dirt track'n is very alive and doing very well...also at one of our local tracks (1\4 mile) they run a FUN night that includes the top 5 mini's running against the THUNDER Stocks (6 cyl) then IF any mini's make it into the top 3 they can chose to run against the Street stocks....Last year a Mini won the Street stock and the Thunder stock aswell as the Mini feature that was one heck of a night...LOL
