Built new head,installed new cam and followers,installed head,fired up in shop.ran for 10 min.and noticed valve train noise.removed valve cover and noticed followers severly worn on the adjuster side of follower?valve side shows no wear what so ever? what gives guys?

When breaking in a new cam you should use lighter valve springs to break in the swap them for the correct springs. Your center of the rocker pad should be centered on the cam travel.
