Weld the spider gear on the outer edges to the rotating housing. Use nirod for a good weld.

When I welded mine. I sprayed the carrier and the gears down with about 5 cans of brake cleaner. Then I put the spider gears back in and put the shaft back into to keep them lined up. Then I sprayed the outside of the housing, inside diameters of the gears and the shaft with anti-splatter. Then I started welding the gears inplace where they meet the housing on both sides of the carrier. After that I filled in the teeth to the outer edge of the housing and finally grinded the edges smooth.
