I guess ya could say we're New York Racers....
We own Kinetic Performance in Ithaca. We build "stuff" for tons of local racers in the area, both dirt and asphalt, and have raced on both surfaces in everything from karts and microsprints to LM on pavement and anything there is in the DIRT circuit as well.
Currently, if ya watch for our stickers, you'll see Kinetic Performance on many a fender of racers at all levels in the area.

Oh yeah i know the name Kinetic Performance and if you think that i am smoog about asphalt i am not DIRT is just the best. We have raced asphalt before back in the early 80's at Perry, opps Wyoming County International Speedway. We Were racing in the Street Stock Class there. We also took a little time off(about 5 yrs) at that point Perry went back to Asphalt and that was the end of Racing at Perry. We put this mini stock together to just go and have Fun thats the Number one reason to Race anyway. We also have a 2002 Rocket Cassie Ready and Waiting. We'll race this mini for about 2 years then Go into either Super Stock or Limited Lates or mods but that about it for right now and thanks for Dropping by NY Racers.

We race at adirondack in the lite truck class, use to race on dirt for many years but got tired of the cleaning and dirt and mud around the shop. The asph.seems to be a lot less taxing on the wallet also with less body repair, bearings, etc.Still enjoy going to DIRT races

Thanks for posting 4b like to here how your season goes. we had our car show on the 18th and it started alright was going to be a beautiful day until the clock struck noon then all H*** broke lose thunder lightning hail half to three quarters the size of golf balls fell but like true competitors we waited and watched the sky for any signs of a clearing and eventually it did just that turned out not that bad of a day. First practice is comming up on the 25th the green flag drops on the 30th. with fingures crossed we hope to have the motor back from the builder by then.

This past friday was our opener at Freedom Raceway. in the Heat we took the checkered the track was nice(good and tacky) In the Feature we took a 3 place finnish the track at this point absolutly sucked. The super stocks tore the heck out of it turns 3-4 was like 10' foot white caps(ruts and pits) but all in all wasn't all that bad of a night seeing that we just got the motor 2 days before and not test-n-tune time.
