I need to know how I could set my car up to be lose on a 1/3 mile dry track. I am thinking if i raise the air pressure in the rear it should be lose and want to come around? The track has been dry by the feature so I am lookin to loosen the car up. What else could I do besides air pressure? Thanx in advance.

pinthunderstang Where do you want to loosen the car up going in ,around or off? If you are to tight at some point on dry where is this at? What springs front & rear, what are your wheel weights with car race ready with driver? Also what offset wheels. cd2

Rear tires are already staggered. I want it to be lose on entry without killing my exits which are great. Heavier spring sounds good to me.

remember wedge in stagger off. This site has a great feature if you go to tool box. It will ask where your problem is and give you some good feedback. BObby

pinthunderstang If you want to loosen entry an not change exit use a softer L.F.spring.Be sure to check wheel weights on scales change spring an set wheel weights back too same.If you do not have scales check your frame height at L.F. change spring an set frame height back to orignal height. If you make this change an it is still a little tight in add some crossweight an this will loosen you going in but will tighten you a little off. Then maybe the next week you can soften the R.R. 25# an put the crossweight back as before an be ok. cd2

pinthunderstang You can put a smaller tire on the left front an this will loosen you going in also .You can use more left side weight an this will help you on turn in an can help corner speed. If you up your L.S.% put the weight about 16-18" above frame height on the cage bar behind the seat.Is the car loose enough when the track has moisture an then starts to push when it goes dry? If so it probley is a R.F. camber problum not enough camber gain. Also could be toeing out to much on entry. cd2

If your only tight in leave the rear alone. run about 2-3lbs less air in left front if you need more go down one size on that tire. Leave the rest alone. GOOD LUCK

Thanks for all the help. Two foot driving works great too. I found that out last night.
