1981 mercury capri has the 3.27 in it but I cannot remember if it is a 6.75 gear or a 7.5 inch gear.

You can find them in rangers, I forgot what the code is on the door ,even the five lug gears will fit in a 7.5.

it's been awile-hope all is well. anyway speaking of rear-end, i was running a 308 (i know call me crazy) but last week i had a buddy loan me one from his large pile of parts. this rear end don't have a tag he said he thought it was a 3.72-3.74?? can't recall-- what was made around that range?? and is it any good on the 1/4 mile? he runs a 3.55 and seems to have good results, any ideas out there??
thx

the are all good for any track it just varies what your trannie ratio is tire circumference and rpm desired. How many r's are you turning now how many do you want to. Later BObby
