Well Guys, the 32/36Weber made a **** of a difference or so my sources tell me. I wasnt at the track due to unexpected work commitments but I am told by another memeber of this forum (thanks Neal) that our brand new (2nd race) driver finished 4th (with a flat for half the race), 4th and a creditable 8th in the Main ON 3 WHEELS for the last lap after the rear left wheel and drum passsed him on the straight.

Not bad for a rookie, a new team and an under-dog car.

Yep the little colt hung right in there much better than befor. Have watched that car run for at least one full season (before usaus racing got it)and part of this one (in which it runs in our class) and the work Simon has done has made it competitive and with a little tweeking he will be right in there, sure hard to pass that thing in the corner. The rear wheel passed one car when it come off....heh too bad it wasn't on the last lap, he would have finnished one place higher, or at least if they counted the wheel. Heh
