My motor has the 5.7 rods bored 30 over and has had 120 thousands milled off the head its been ported and polished and has the big valves. and has the efi intake on it. but we can't use a holly in our class. Thats why i have to go with a motorcraft.

What size track do you run. If it is up to a 1/2 mile I would go with the 121 or123. Half mile or above I would go with a 133. Here is the chart to tell what cfm they are from a source on the web I can not remember the source though. Bobby

.98 190
1.01 240
1.02 245
1.08 287
1.14 300
1.21 351
1.25 356
1.33 424

I run on a 3/8 mile track with tight corners and long strait aways. So which one would you go with and what kind of car does it come off of?

I would guess around that 1.21 You will not flow more than that I seriously doubt. I do not know exactly what years they come off of. Later Bobby
