I will be running a 2000lb. car, full tube chassis, front coil springs, rear leaf springs, 2.3 engine, D.O.T. 8" racing tires, on a banked 3/8 mile dirt/clay oval. I would like some information on a good basic spring rate setup for this car. I am used to a 2300lb. Pinto setup. I would also like some information on shock setup, I plan on using welded bearing shocks, just not used to chosing the compression and rebound rates. I am just looking for a base-line. I also forgot to mention the front will have jack bolts, so I will have a way to adjust my weight around. Thanks for any help you can give me.

I will be running at several different tracks mostly in Ms. Nearly all of the tracks I may run are 3/8 mile banked clay. Thanks for the advice on AFCO and Carrera catalogs. Never knew they had all that info in them. I forgot I even had those catalogs, Thanks.
