I was wondering if you need to advance your cam or retarde it to get more top end. Any advive would be helpfull

you would want to retard your cam for more top end, but you will sacrifice your bottom end so be carefull, and dont go to much

assuming you have a 2300 ford, i would not go over 38 total degrees advance, it can destroy a piston if you do.
