i will probably build the car then sell it. i am just going to start with a floorpan and a firewall and front and rear frames. i am gonna build a full tube frame to sit down on the stock chassis. i have a mustang notchback coupe that i am gonna buy for 200 dollars and then strip it and give all the parts that i dont need back. i am pricing roll cages and sheetmetal bodies right now for the car.

Go with a Left side offset cage,no more than an 8 gallon cell, put an aluminum wedge body on it,get a "Hav A Tampa"nose and narrow it a little bit to fit,I know where there are some like that for sale, some even have truck bodies on 'em.

My brother cut the front frame section from an S-10 pickup and used it as a stub. The rest he built just like a downscaled IMCA mod. It only has a few minor engine mods but it is bad fast. I expect he will win the point championship in 4 cylinders this year.

We run a WISSOTA mod 4 they have frame specs in the Wissota rule book. They are a fairly easy chassis to build . Check it out on wissota.org

no truck bodies and it must be a stock frame and i was gonna make the car as small and light as possible. i think i am gonna go with a 20 gallon cell because we race a few long races but in gonna build it offset so it will be to the left side. we have already tried and we aint allowed to run imca type mods.
