We've only worked with pintos and mustangs. Whe have two pintos that are light and fast, but I really think our mustang chassis handles better and easier to make turn than the pinto. I've seen a few yotas and heard a lot about them and VW's but I don't know much about them.

In my opinion the fox bodied Mustangs are by far the easiest and least expensive to make work. Parts are plentiful and it takes very little to make them competitive.

I still love toyota's they have great hp but u have to be careful with them because of the strut setup and they front frame rail will bend easier

Truck, I was thinking of building a toyota pickup, how light did you get yours. I am still a ford fan, so I will most likly put a 2000cc ford motor in it. I want the lightest thing I can possibly have. please help!!!!!!!

well mine is ford powered with a 2.3 ford. But at our track we have to meet a rule that requires 1 pound per cc. so my truck weighs 2300 pounds. It is a 1995 Toyota Tacoma but youy can get them a lot lighter than that.
