If your car is inconsistent, 2 things is all I can think of being wrong

1. Shocks

2. Your maintenance program

You cannot overlook the simple things, did you guys change tire compounds? Stagger? Make sure you make records of your set up EACH time your at a track, noting weather, temp, track surface, did car push at end of feature? get loose as race laps wound down? Cold vs hot tire PSI, shock travel, etc... not just what springs or 4 link settings. Thats all part of the maintenance the above post refers to. I always look back on them before setting car up. You don't have to be so detailed if you only run one track, but we run 6 to 8, and after a while they all look the same!
