Anybody have problems with roller bearings in the dirt?Have midplate and three speed had longer bronze bushing wear oddly and wondered if going to roller may help or not

More than likely your transmision is not centered in the bellhousing or the bellhousing has a defect.I would doubt it had anything to do with your pilot bearing.If you switch it may just prolong how long the roller bearing lasts.You need to figure out why your input shaft is not centered on the pilot hole.Check to see if the hole in the bellhousing has been groung on to make a big style front flange work.

Hey thanks I checked for center of trans it has .043" offset to passenger side so checked the rest of set up and found trans binding so will modify and order new bellhowsing if I cant get totally centered a few thousanths should be ok not .043" thank you
